Your Information

When using the restaurant portal, you will be asked to provide ‘personal data’.

This includes Name, Address, Email, Phone numbers, Current Location.

We may collect technical information from your mobile device or your use of our services through a mobile device, for example, location data and certain characteristics of, and performance data about your device, carrier/operating system including device and connection type, IP address, mobile payment methods.

Eat Early Ltd will ensure procedures are in place to make users aware when personal data will be taken from a third party. Eat Early Ltd will securely store all personal data submitted by the user via the portal and inform users when this is being done.

Your personal data will allow us to provide you a facility to book available restaurant tables and supply the discounted offer through the restaurants portals. It also allows us to organise payment and receipts for that booking wherever necessary. We will use all of this information for analysis to improve our services and offer support and administrative services.

We may use your information to contact you for other products and services and promotional offers whether offered by us or third parties for marketing purposes via email, SMS, telephone or post.

We may also use aggregate information and statistics for the purposes of monitoring usage of the portals and our services.  We may also provide such aggregate information to third parties.  These statistics will not include information that can be used to identify you. Your personal information along with details of your booking will be emailed to the restaurant which you have booked. This is to ensure the restaurant is confident about who they are serving.

By using this website and agreeing to the terms of this privacy notice you have agreed that we may allow third parties, including marketing and advertising companies to contact you about services that may be of interest. If you wish to not receive this information, please let us know by email, and we will update your account accordingly.

If Eat Early Limited is sold or merged with another business entity, your personal data may be disclosed or transferred to the new owners or associated companies or businesses.

In order to remain compliant with relevant legislation and any legal obligation, we may be asked to disclose your personal data and information.

 

Accessing your ‘PERSONAL DATA’

By using the restaurant portals you will be providing personal data to be collected and stored by Eat Early Limited. Excluding the terms stated in the ‘disclosure’ section, all data will be stored as securely as possible.

Eat Early Limited will take reasonable precautions to prevent any un-authorised activity.  However, you should be aware that the use of the internet is not entirely secure and for this reason we cannot guarantee the security or integrity of any personal information which is transferred from you or to you via the internet.

For the avoidance of doubt, Eat Early Limited will not be held liable in the event of Eat Early Limited’s database being accessed by un-authorised user.

The restaurant portal provides a facility to login securely using a email/password facility. This information will be held by Eat Early Limited and stored as securely as reasonably possible. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your passwords or login details and we shall not be responsible to you for any failure on your part to do so.

 

Online Payment Gateway

Eat Early Ltd does not hold any credit/debit card information, however Eat Early Ltd uses a secure third party online payment gateway to process credit/debit card information.

All payments are processed by Stripe and any credit and debit card information will the processed by Stripe. Eat Early Ltd does not hold any debit/credit card details.
